Mullet for a Well

Last week I issued the challenge to raise money for a well in Uganda. If you are able to raise $500 by this Wednesday (April 30th) I will cut my hair into a sick mullet. This is a huge need in many communities in Uganda. It is a small way that we can show the love of Christ. This well will be built near a church. It will serve as a means for the church to meet the physical needs of those around them.

Couple of details:
  • Any checks can be made out to AYA (allforyouth.org)
  • For a look into the community click here
  • We are trying to help reach a total of $1,500 and if we raise more than that, all the money will go toward another well
Disclaimer:
  • My mullet may or may not look as sweet as the one above. Regardless I will wear it for a week and a half, including two Sundays.

Retreat Worship

Check it out! This is an iMix of all the songs that we sang on the retreat (it has 3 pages). If you click on a song it will open the mix in iTunes and you can purchase them if you would like. Enjoy.

Retreat in Review

Hey all! We had a great weekend together this past weekend. I am so glad to hear that you all enjoyed it and were challenged in your walks by our time together. It also sounds like most all of you were pretty sore. I think that would be the climbing wall working its magic on those muscles you don't use too often. Hopefully by now you have caught up on sleep and your body is recovering from to hardcore strain you may have put on it.

Out of curiosity... what was a highlight from the retreat?
